Services
What we build. What you receive.
Choose what you want to accomplish, then agree what to prepare, what we deliver and how to accept it. Websites, AI customer service and internal search can be commissioned separately.
Websites
A website ready to hand over
Deliver pages and contact paths in your selected plan. Checkout, booking and external integrations are scoped separately.
- 01
What you prepare
Your brand, final copy and images, and the next step you want visitors to take.
- 02
What we deliver
Agreed pages and contact paths, with your content, documentation and the editing access in your plan; custom plans also hand over the source code of the custom layer.
- 03
What we verify together

AI assistant
Agree what it answers and who takes over
Customers ask on LINE about specs, lead times and alternatives; a sales assistant spends half an afternoon in a catalogue before answering, and a slow answer loses the order. This service puts an answer where the question is asked — from your own catalogues and documents, each sentence naming the page it came from, and what it cannot carry going to a person.
- 01
What you prepare
Representative documents, common questions, topics to decline, handoff owners and channel requirements.
- 02
What we deliver
The agreed website or LINE entry point, cited answers, handoff rules and responsibility for document updates.
- 03
What we verify together
Test your questions, verify answers and sources, and check the handoff when information is missing.

What you get
- On your LINE official account and your website — customers and staff ask the same knowledge base (Telegram is still in the works)
- The handover flow: what it cannot answer goes to your sales team rather than being guessed at; ask about a part number the material does not have and it says the data is unconfirmed and gives your contact, instead of inventing an answer
- The LINE official account opened in your company's name
- Your own page: which files went in, how the assistant is answering, and where the unanswered questions cluster
- If you want it, the whole thing on your own machines, so the price list and the customer list never leave
- The module's installer and a perpetual licence: the delivered version keeps working whether or not we work together again
Once it is live
- Three fixed automations: a notice to a person when it cannot answer, the corpus refreshed every hour, a one-page report every week
- Rebuilding the index when your documents change
- Sampling answer quality regularly, and swapping the model when it is warranted
- A one-page model spend report each month

This is not software you sign up for. Each business is connected by hand — your account, your documents, your handover rules — so how long it takes is something we can only tell you after talking.
Data lookup
Your company's records, searchable in-house
Hundreds to thousands of part numbers, catalogues scattered across PDFs, and a senior salesperson leaving takes the knowledge with them. This service turns those catalogues into something a colleague finds by asking one question: the answer names the catalogue page, and clicking it opens that page — so a wrong answer is visible, and a right one can be checked.
- 01
What you prepare
Representative files and test questions, plus who may see each type of information and who maintains it.
- 02
What we deliver
A document search interface, answer sources and agreed document organization and role settings. On-premise deployment is scoped separately.
- 03
What we verify together
Have actual users test retrieval, citations and role-visible data, and record anything that still needs review.

What you get
- Catalogues go in, a colleague asks, the answer names the page, and clicking it opens that page; the assistant and the index can both be installed in your own server room, so nothing leaves the building
- A new catalogue goes in from the documents page or straight into the folder and is answerable seconds to tens of seconds later
- Old scanned catalogues are read automatically and still cite their page
- Price and lead-time sheets answered by looking the part number up, the citation carrying the date that sheet was last updated; for Word quote templates and internal documents, the answer names the clause
- One catalogue in is a batch of products out: part numbers, names and specifications, with categories suggested and their evidence attached, waiting for a person to approve
- The cost column never goes into what the assistant reads, so it cannot be asked for; when the owner wants it, that cell of the sheet is read for the role directly, not through the assistant
- The model runs on your own GPU, and the model or the vendor can be changed without touching your records
- Your own pages: which files went in, how well the assistant is answering, and where the questions it cannot answer are concentrated
Once it is live
- Three fixed flows: hand over to a person when it cannot answer, refresh the corpus hourly, and a one-page report each week
- Rebuilding the index when a catalogue is replaced
- Sampling answer quality regularly

Forms and reading stock from your ERP are not there yet. Nor are the classification suggestions accurate enough to apply themselves, so a person approves them. Tell us which matters first and we will build in that order.
Measured: scanned catalogues read correctly 100/100 (93 part numbers + 7 document and certificate codes), figures 168/173; scanned-catalogue characters: raw 92.3% → 94.8% after conversion to Traditional Chinese (measured on the demo catalogue)
