We build software for other people, and we run our own products on the same stack. Each one keeps the other honest.
Why we run our own products.
Agencies hand over a repository and never find out what happens next. That is comfortable, and it makes for worse engineers. Running our own AI tools means we carry the pager, pay the model bill, and answer the support mail for software we wrote.
It changes what we recommend. We are slower to suggest an architecture we have not had to operate, and quicker to say that a feature is not worth what it costs to run.

Price before we start
The scope week ends in a number. If the number is wrong, that is our problem, not a change request.
You own everything
The repository, the infrastructure, the accounts. No part of your product depends on us still being here.
Plain answers
If a thing will be slow, expensive, or a bad idea, you hear it in the meeting rather than in the invoice.
We stay reachable
After handover there is still a person who knows the codebase and answers mail about it.
