What each plan hands over is on its card, under What is handed over: custom work comes with its source code; templates and shared modules are licensed. What is included, and what costs extra?

You supply final text, images and translations. A revision round is one consolidated set of content and agreed-layout changes, not a redesign. Bugs within the delivered scope are corrected free for 30 days after acceptance.

Excluded: branding, photography, translation, guaranteed search rankings, checkout, on-site booking, AI, CRM/ERP integrations and custom permission workflows. These require a separate scoped quote, not an extra page.

Care covers one informational site, 10 GB monthly traffic, 1 GB storage, daily backups retained for 7 days and a NT$1,000 yearly domain allowance. Overage and premium domains are quoted before charging. If care ends, you retain delivered work and arrange migration before hosting ends; self-hosting costs are excluded from the estimate.

Base examples: AI customer service 50,000 pilot + 320,000 build − 50,000 credit = NT$ 320,000, NT$ 440,000 with 12 months of cloud care; in-house data lookup 100,000 + 400,000 − 50,000 = NT$ 450,000, NT$ 570,000 with care.

The monthly watch is a second contract and you can stop it whenever you like — what has been built stays yours when you do. An AI system installed on your own machines is watched from NT$ 25,000 a month, tiered by how many systems there are.
