Terms of service
Version:
Operated by: 航睿智能有限公司 (Company no. 95443791), Xinzhuang, New Taipei City
These are HangRui's shared terms of service, as they apply to this website. The shared part is written under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and the mandatory and prohibited provisions for online retail standard-form contracts; a mandatory provision left out of these terms still forms part of the contract, and a clause that conflicts with a prohibited provision is void. The full text stays published on this page.

1. Who provides this website
mother clauses 1 and 2; mandatory item i — the trader's details
“We” means 航睿智能有限公司. “This website” means the pages on this domain, the assistant panel, and the demos.
The full company name, company number, registered address, support address, privacy address and telephone number are at the end of this page and in the footer, and the two agree. The support address answers within 48 working hours.
2. Interpretation, electronic documents, and what the pages say
mother clause 3; mandatory items ii, iii and iv
Any doubt about these terms is resolved in your favour.
What the pages of this website state — content, specifications, conditions — forms part of this contract; where a page differs from these terms and is better for you, the page governs.
Both sides agree that an electronic document is a valid form of expression, except where the law requires writing.
3. This website sells nothing — which clauses therefore do not operate
appendix §5. This chapter is the only place this page differs from the mother
There are no accounts here, nothing is charged, and no paid item is delivered, so the clauses that presuppose a transaction do not operate: accounts (mother clause 4), plans and the ordering process (5 and 6), delivery and shipping (7), payment and invoicing (8), the seven-day right of withdrawal and its exceptions (9), and refunds (10).
They are listed rather than deleted because one day they will operate. The day this site starts selling something — an engagement ordered online, a ticket — this chapter is what gets rewritten, rather than the whole shape of the terms being worked out again.
HangRui's products take payment on their own sites, and those sites carry their own complete terms. This page does not cover them.
The consumer complaint routes are still listed in chapter 13 below: you should not have to decide whether you count as a consumer before you can find out who to call.
4. What you put in here
mother clause 12 — the narrow licence
What you type into the contact form, the assistant panel or a demo remains entirely yours or the original rights holder's; we take no perpetual or general licence.
You licence us only so far as is necessary to answer you and to run the one demo you asked for.
Without your separate written agreement, we do not use what you put in here for marketing.
5. What a demo produces
mother clause 13; Copyright Act; IP Office interpretation 1111031 of 2022-10-31
We claim no rights in what a demo produces for you, and we place no restriction on what you do with it, commercial use included.
But we cannot promise it is protected by copyright, or that you can obtain or assert copyright in it. The IP Office's position is that content produced purely by a system, where a person supplied only the prompt, carries no human creative input and may not be a work at all — which means nobody owns it, and nobody can stop anyone else using it. The version you have edited, reordered and chosen words for may be yours.
Nor can we promise it is not similar to some existing work. Assess that yourself before you use it anywhere.
6. Personal data
mother clause 11; mandatory item xi
We collect, process and use your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act. The purposes, categories, periods, territories, recipients and means, and your rights and how to exercise them, are in the privacy policy, which forms part of this contract.
We do not use it beyond the purposes stated there.
7. What you may not do
mother clause 14
Upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, defamatory or invasive of privacy.
Impersonate someone else.
Interfere with or break into this website's systems, distribute malware, or make large-scale automated requests without permission.
If you do, we may remove the content or restrict access, and we cooperate with the authorities on anything unlawful.
8. Copyright notice and takedown
mother clause 15; Copyright Act arts. 90-4 to 90-11
A rights holder may send identifying information about the work, the location of the allegedly infringing content, proof of rights and contact details to the support address in the footer, with “著作權通知” in the subject. Where a notice is formally in order, we remove the content or make it inaccessible.
Anyone whose content was removed and who believes it does not infringe may send a counter-notice with an explanation and evidence; we forward it to the rights holder, and if no proof of proceedings arrives within the statutory period we may restore the content.
Knowingly false notices and counter-notices carry liability for the resulting loss under article 90-11. Content removed in good faith under this mechanism carries no liability to the user.
9. Maintenance, interruption and force majeure
mother clause 16; mandatory item xiii
Routine maintenance is announced in advance wherever possible.
Where a natural disaster, power cut, telecommunications or cloud outage, or a third-party intrusion not attributable to us interrupts the service, we restore it as quickly as we can. The risk in the systems and equipment is ours, and does not add to your obligations.
We apply the security that the state of the art can reasonably be expected to provide.
10. Minors
mother clause 17 (site version: no paid transactions, so only the reading half is kept)
A person under 18 should use this website only after a legal representative has read, understood and agreed to these terms.
11. Liability
mother clause 18 (site version: there is no transaction amount to cap against); prohibition iv
This website is a free, informational service. We take reasonable care over the accuracy of what is on it, but we are not answerable for decisions you make on the strength of it.
That does not apply to our own intent or gross negligence, and it neither excludes nor limits any right the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law gives you.
12. Changes to these terms
mother clause 19; prohibition iii — no unilateral variation
Revisions are published on this page and the version date changes with them.
A material change to your position is published here 30 days before it takes effect; a relationship already formed is unaffected.
We do not substitute “continued use means you agree” for that notice.
13. Disputes and how to complain
mother clause 21; mandatory item xiv
If something is wrong, write to support first; we answer within 48 working hours.
You may also call Taiwan's consumer service line on 1950, complain to your city or county consumer service centre or consumer ombudsman, apply for mediation under the Consumer Protection Act, or go to court.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
mother clause 22; prohibition viii — art. 47 and small-claims jurisdiction cannot be excluded
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Litigation under them does not affect the mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules in article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act and article 436-9 of the Code of Civil Procedure — you may sue in the court where you live.
15. Other
mother clause 23
If any clause is held void, the rest stand. These terms and the notices on this website are the entire agreement between us.
The lines in the footer and the company details on this page are the same record, from the same file, published at /.well-known/company.json. If the two ever disagree, the Ministry of Economic Affairs company register governs.
