HangRui Lyrics

The rhyme is checked, not promised.

Most lyric tools put the rhyme requirement in the prompt, hand you the result, and nobody ever checks whether the model actually did it. Lyrics works the other way round: once the song is written, code takes the last Han character of each line, resolves its rhyme, and groups it. What you see is a count, not a claim.

Try the constraint.

A melody gives each line its own length. Equal lines are a classical form, not a song.

Generated verse

    What it does

    Every line's rhyme is checked

The last Han character of each line resolves to a rhyme group, and only the same group counts as a rhyme. Lines that missed are marked, down to the character they landed on. Taiwanese and Cantonese use different rhyme systems, so those two are not judged, and the page says so.

    Rhymes grouped by sound

The thirteen groups Mandarin lyricists actually write to, where 家 花 他 belong together and 天 看 見 belong together. Grouped by how they sound when sung, not by how the spelling looks.

    Five languages, not translations

Mandarin, Taiwanese, Cantonese, mixed Chinese-English, and Simplified. Taiwanese uses how Taiwanese is actually said rather than a word-for-word carry-over from Mandarin, and the same for Cantonese.

    Ready for the arrangement

Sections come tagged as [Verse 1] and [Chorus], and together with the style prompt you set yourself they paste straight into Suno or Udio.

    How it works

    Describe the situation

Then pick genre, mood, perspective, language, structure and rhyme rule.

    Watch it write

The lyrics arrive line by line, and you can stop it part way.

    Read the check

The rhyme is marked line by line, and the song is saved to your account to come back to.
