Support

Answers, and a person when you need one.

Most questions are below. Anything else reaches a human, and you get a reply within one working day.

Ask this site.

This is how we build a retrieval grounded assistant: the site is cut into pieces, scored against your question, and only the best few reach the model — then every citation it writes is checked back against what was actually sent. The counts below are from the run you just triggered, not an illustration of one.

Or try

Answers come from a model reading this site’s own pages. It is not a person, and it knows nothing that is not published here.

Common questions.

Which platforms are the products on?

Lyrics, Stills and Desk run on the web, iOS and Android. Score is on the web and iOS. Pages, Screens and Sequence are web only, because a builder and a timeline both need the screen. What they produce is not web only: Screens builds for iOS and Android, and Pages exports a site you can host anywhere. Index is a service installed in your own environment, used through a web interface or the API. Vows is edited on the web and rendered in the cloud, and opens in a phone browser too. Your account and your work are the same across all of them.

Who owns what I generate?

You do, including for commercial use. That covers lyrics, stems, images and video you make with the tools. You are responsible for the rights to anything you upload as a reference, and for clearing samples you bring in yourself.

Do you train models on my content?

No. Your prompts, uploads and generated output are not used to train our models or anyone else's, and this is not something you have to opt out of. If we ever want to use specific work as an example, we ask first and you can say no.

Can I cancel, and what happens to my work?

Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your projects stay exportable for 30 days after that, and you can export at any point before it. We do not hold work hostage to a renewal.

Is there an API?

Yes, for all nine products, on the same account and the same rate limits as the interface. Anything the interface can do is available over HTTP. Write to support and we will send the documentation and a key.

Which languages do the tools work in?

The interface is in Traditional Chinese and English. Lyrics and Desk work in both, and Desk answers in whichever language the customer wrote in. Stills, Score and Sequence take prompts in either.

How quickly do you reply?

One working day for support mail, usually sooner. Taipei office hours, so allow for the time difference if you are writing from Europe or the Americas.

Do you do custom or on premise work?

Yes. If what you want is a knowledge base that runs with a local model and cites its sources, that is HangRui Index, which was built to be installed in your own environment: the documents, the index and the model all stay on your machines. Other private deployments, custom models and integrations into an existing product are the studio side of the business, and all start with the same one week scope. Write to us and say what you need.

Reach a person.

No ticket portal and no queue number. Mail goes to the team that builds the thing you are asking about.
