Delivery, setup and warranty
Whether it gets upstairs depends on the floor, the lift and the stairs. Here are the rules, the width each item needs, how to measure, and collection and warranty after delivery

How to measure before delivery

Narrowest stair: between the walls or handrails at the tightest point

Landing: its length and width, to see whether a bed frame can turn

Doors: the clear width of the front and bedroom doors when open

Lift: the lift door width and how deep the lift is inside
On the day
- The delivery time is confirmed before we set off
- Carried upstairs, in parts if needed
- Put in place in the room and assembled
- Shown in use, with the socket and storage checked
- Signed for, with warranty and repairs explained
After delivery
Old items taken away
The old bed or chair leaves on the same delivery, from NT$ 800 (example); anything that needs dismantling is quoted separately
Collection when a rental ends
A reminder 7 days before the end; we dismantle and collect at an agreed time and refund the deposit after a check
Cleaning and checks
Cleaned, disinfected, cables and motors checked, and a record completed before renting again
