Change-order rules
- A written change order first: item, quantity, unit price and effect on time
- Unit prices follow the quotation; new items are quoted
- Work starts after both sign; reductions are listed too
- No verbal extras
Claims we never make
- "Free design", "all-in at X a ping"
- "No extras, guaranteed", "lowest price in Taiwan"
- A render shown as finished work
Under the Fair Trade Act, Art. 21, claims that sway a decision must be true
Contract
Contracts start from the ministry's published templates (demo); the mandatory terms are still a draft, not yet in force (NLMA, 2026-04-14)
