Our story
A neighborhood brunch café. This page says a little more: why it opened, what matters, how a day goes
It started with a table you could stay at
Hiyori is a brunch café on a residential street corner. The reason is simple: nowhere nearby served a hot breakfast you could eat without hurrying
There are twelve seats, one long table and a counter. Everything is made to order, with a coffee while you wait; the menu is short, but every plate is something we can make well and would happily eat every day
Coming alone is fine. The counter is always kept for guests eating on their own

Three things that matter
Made when you order
The toast goes in the oven and the eggs hit the pan after you order. A short wait, and it arrives hot
Something sweet or savory
A breakfast plate with an Americano, or French toast with a latte; there is a pairing for a sweet morning and a hungry one
A table for one, too
The counter faces the kitchen, so eating alone never feels awkward; no rush, no minimum, a book and a coffee are welcome
A day at the café
