House rules
Appointments and lateness
By appointment only. More than 30 minutes late may mean a shorter service or a new date, agreed with you first
Weather and rescheduling
Exterior washes go ahead in rain; protection packages are better rescheduled. Contact us the day before. Example rule; the studio’s notice applies
Belongings
Remove valuables first; the studio cannot be responsible for items left in the car
