Appointments and lateness
By appointment only. More than 15 minutes late may mean a shorter service or a new date, agreed with you first
Rescheduling
Please contact the studio the day before so the slot can go to someone else; example rule, the studio’s notice applies
Companions and children
There is one seat, so let us know about companions; children are welcome, mind the tools and lamps
