Before you come A few answers

Booking, times and getting here only; ask the clinical staff about your health during the visit

Can I come without booking?

Yes, walk-ins register at reception and wait in turn. Booked patients check in by their time, so busy sessions can mean a longer wait

How do I change a booking?

In this example, use the link in your confirmation to reschedule or cancel; within 24 hours of the visit, contact the clinic directly

Can I book for a family member?

Yes, use their name. Bring that person's NHI card on the day

What should I bring the first time?

Your NHI card and any medicine bags or a list; the child health booklet for children; fast as instructed before a health check
